Health and safety, protecting our employees
Our “Zero accidents” goal
To achieve a zero accidents objective, the company is engaged in prevention approaches through training and design of technological innovations, contributing to the health and safety of employees. The Group has launched an internal communication campaign formalising its commitments through 7 operational principles clarifying the fundamental safety of each activity on all its sites.

The company's approach to safety is multi-faceted:
- Awareness and training actions (muscular awakening exercises in India, one-day training course on the preservation of health capital in France)
- Investment in technological innovations (co-development of an ergoskeleton with a research institute in France, deployment of ergonomic equipment in Brazil and Russia)
- Support from ergonomists for the design of new work equipment (automation or digitisation)
- Certification procedure: FM Logistic France is the first French logistics company to obtain ISO 45001 certification for all its sites.

French logistics company to obtain ISO 45001 certification for all its sites
In 2020, FM Logistic launched a new prevention campaign focused on safety rules. The campaign features emojis to put across its point. It was designed to reach out to our youngest staff by using familiar texting language, but also has a playful aspect that will appeal to all our employees. What's more, the campaign messaging uses symbols to avoid language barriers and the campaign's eye-catching design brings a modern touch to warehouses.
